You
shouldn't measure life's moments by how many breaths you take,
but by how many of life's moments take your breath away! |

Non-U.S. Pilots flying in the U.S.:
At minimum for foreign pilots to fly in the U.S., they will
need to hold an International Pilot Proficiency Identification
card (IPPI) card and contact USHPA (toll free: 800.616.6888,
direct: 719.632.8300 or fax: 719.632.6417) and obtain a 30-day
membership. If they want to actually receive a 'rating' from
USHPA, they will have to fill in a regular annual membership form
and pay the annual membership dues.

U.S. Pilots flying abroad:
IPPI card is sponsored by the Federation Aeronautic
International (FAI). This card is your universal pilot rating card
for the SafePro and ParaPro programs from the FAI and may be
necessary when flying overseas. The IPPI card is not a stand-alone
card, but is to be used in conjunction with your current
membership card. You must be a current USHPA member for USHPA to
issue an IPPI card to you.

the Zen corner...
- Aim for the sky... for even
when you miss, you'll be among the stars! -
- Always remember that you're
unique... just like everyone else. -
- If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you. -
- If you tell the truth, you don't have to remember anything. -
- Experience is something
you don't get until just after you need it. -
- Life may not be the party we hoped for; but while we're here, we
should dance.... -
- You don't stop laughing because you grow
old; you grow old because you stop laughing. -
- It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you live. -
- Getting too caught up in who's right & wrong, you may
forget what's right & wrong. - |
